Marianna's Lodging has central heat and air conditioning, an outside private entrance, and is a pet friendly environment. If bringing pets, please mention so that we can best fit your needs. Marianna's can sleep 4 guests easily. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the livingroom. The kicthen is fully stocked, and includes a coffee pot. All linens are furnished. The house is the 3rd house from the Gulf and is also within walking distance to historic downtown Cedar Key and the Cedar Key docks. Cedar Key has many events throughout the year including the Star Gazers Party in February, Old Florida Celebration of the Arts Festival in the spring, the 4th of July Clammerica Celebration, the October Seafood and Arts and Crafts Festival, and the Bird Watchers Festival in the fall.
